What are the relaxation exercises?
From the Chinese system of Qi-Gong, a system of slow exercises and breathing combining imagery and visualisation to calm and reduce stress and enhance the body's natural energy flow or Chi (Ki).
Do you have to be physically fit to practice Tai-Chi?
Not at all, Tai-Chi is suitable for absolutely anyone, there are no specific age groups. All exercises are practiced very slowly and are tailored around personal needs and capabilities.
