What is Tia Chi?

Tai- Chi is an exercise system of slow controlled movements of the body, arms, hands, legs and feet in co-ordination with mind and breathing, generating inward and outward calm and peace.

Do you have to be physically fit to practice Tai-Chi?

Not at all, Tai-Chi is suitable for absolutely anyone, there are no specific age groups. All exercises are practiced very slowly and are tailored around personal needs and capabilities.

What are the benefits of regular Tai-Chi practice?
